On-site cafes are a good place to host business meetings in an informal environment; 4. Are the office building's services reliable? In particular, it is important that lifts and air conditioning are reasonably reliable; 5. Is it a security office building? 6. Is there an on-site facilities manager?What happens if an item in your office space needs repair? 7. What is the road access like to the office building? 8. Does the office building present well to the street? Is that the appropriate image you want for your business? 9. How attractive is the lobby space and the common area foyer of the office building? 10. Are there other tenants in the office building whose services you could use? How much on-street parking is there in the area? 12. Is there a directory board in the main lobby? If so, you should ensure you are on it. |
