there is typically leased for 5 years to larger tenants.

Over time 2-26 Elizabeth Street is offering more office space to lease for smaller tenants as
we progressively split the office spaces into smaller suites.

We offer office space for lease in two different properties in Melbourne, one at Carlow
House which is at 34-36 Elizabeth St, Melbourne and also at Riverview House at 2-26
Elizabeth St, Melbourne.

We offer office space for lease at 191 Clarence Street, Sydney CBD and also at 275 Alfred St
North Sydney. We are planning to offer office space for lease at our Woolloomooloo
development which will not be completed for a few years.

The majority of the office spaces we offer for lease are fully fitted out and all spaces are
renovated prior to you occupying the office premises.

We offer office space for lease at our Double Bay premises from time to time however at the
time of writing this article those office premises are currently full (February 2010).
