Our North Sydney office space is located at 275 Alfred Street, North Sydney which is
located on the Eastern side of the Warringah Freeway. Our north Sydney office space is
located in a landmark building with the stylish wave-like Bayer sign on the rooftop.

space by net letable area and is in the top 6 office space markets in Australia.

All sides of our office building have access to natural light and we get exceptional harbour
views of Sydney Harbour, the Opera House and Sydney Harbour Bridge from level 5 up to
level 17 in our office tower. Our North Sydney office space predominantly caters to small
and medium sized enterprise. The majority of the office spaces in our building range in size
from eighty square metres to one hundred and fifty square metres. From time to time we
have larger office space that comes available for the North Sydney market. We can also
cater to niche and start-up businesses that only need anything from fifteen to fifty square

Our recent experience of the North Sydney office space market has been extremely
positive and the vacancy for our building peaked in September 2009 and we saw that the
