WHAT ARE YOUR OFFICE SPACE NEEDS?

1. How much office space do you need?

- As a general rule of thumb you will need 1 person per 10 sqm of office space;
- Do you need a meeting room in your office space?
- Do you need storage in addition to your office space?

2. Does the office space have adequate natural light?

3. Does the office space have a harbour view or outlook?

Smart operators know it is critical to create the right impression with your clients and what
better way to do that with office space with a harbour view? Even if your office space is modest
in size, if you have a harbour view or interesting outlook from your office space it will create the
right
impression with your clients;

4. What is your mode of travel to work?

- Is the office space located near a train station? Are bus stops near the office space? All of Fivex

5. How will your clients travel to your offices?

6. Does the office space present well? If there are minor problems are these easily and cheaply
fixable?
